🔍 性別認同 vs 生理性別
生理性別 = 天生硬件（染色體/生殖器官）→ 但唔係得「男/女」兩部機！仲有雙性人（Intersex）💡
性別認同 = 腦內軟件（內心覺得自己係咩性別）→ 可能同硬件唔夾，例如跨性別者（Transgender）🚺➡🚹
👉🏻 重點：性別係「光譜」🌈 唔係非黑即白！

🔍 性別表達（Gender Expression）
點樣用外表「話俾人知你係邊位」：衣着/髮型/聲線
例子：
生理男但着裙化妝 → 可能係跨女/性別酷兒/純粹鍾意💅
關鍵：❌唔好「一見短頭髮就當人係Tomboy」‼

💡 反思：所謂「正常」性別觀念，其實係西方近代先定型㗎！

✅ 正確用詞速記：
MTF（Male-to-Female）→ 跨性別女性
FTM（Female-to-Male）→ 跨性別男性
Non-binary（非二元）→ 唔屬於男女任何一邊
Cisgender（順性別）→ 性別認同=生理性別嘅人
🚫 地雷詞彙：
「人妖」「變性人」→ 極具冒犯性！
「你原本係男定女？」→ 除非對方主動講，否則唔好問🔕

🗣 稱呼要問唔好估：「你鍾意我點稱呼你？」
🧠 打破定型思考：唔好假定「跨女一定想化妝」
🛡 安全空間：準備中性廁所/更衣室安排
